Celebrating Seven Award Wins in 2024, the Launch of PI Perform, and SOC 2 Type II Accreditation, PI Reinforces Its Leadership in Post-Hire Technology, Remote Culture, and Talent Optimization.

WESTWOOD, Mass.: The Predictive Index (PI) won gold twice at the Brandon Hall Group Excellence in Technology Awards, tallying seven total award wins in 2024. PI also supported 1,400+ new clients in 2024, while launching a new post-hire product, PI Perform, and achieving its first Service Organization Controls (SOC) 2 Type II Accreditation.

2024 Highlights from The Predictive Index include:

  • More than 5.7 million people gained self-awareness this year with PI’s Behavioral Assessment, unlocking insights into their strengths, work styles, and how to collaborate better. From management strategies to influencing styles, this science-backed tool gives individuals the insight to show up stronger, connect better, unlock their full potential, and contribute meaningfully to Better Work Better World. In 2024, Collaborators, Operators, and Guardians took the spotlight, representing the most common PI Reference Profiles received from taking the Behavioral Assessment—driving teamwork, precision, and stability across industries.
  • Over 62,000 teams worldwide used PI Design to assess their collective strengths and areas of opportunity to build better working relationships and create better strategic alignment towards their company goals. With the right insights, they unlocked their full potential together. Exploring, Adapting, and Stabilizing teams were the most common PI Design types, reflecting the ambition, flexibility, and stability that drive success in an evolving world.

Company Growth and DEI in Action

  • PI Scales Exponentially: PI added 1,400+ new clients and 41 new partners focusing heavily on quality, retention, and the move to PI’s new talent optimization platform, PI2. To continue focusing on PI’s product strategy and post-hire product suite, Adam Berke was named Chief Product Officer after joining The Predictive Index through the acquisition of Charma, where he was co-founder and CEO.
  • DEI in Action: Committed to bringing talent optimization to the world, PI continued its PI Pro Bono program bringing on 15 new qualifying non-profits, whose missions are focused on underrepresented/underserved communities, providing access to PI’s consultants at no cost. Additionally, 50% of PI’s promotions to roles of Director and above were women.

Product Innovation & Security Enhancements

  • Launch of PI Perform: The Predictive Index fully integrated Charma (acquired in 2023) into the PI platform as its fifth product module, PI Perform, which supports managers by integrating behavioral data into day-to-day workflows to help managers personalize their management style, and provides the tools to apply those insights and leadership best practices.
  • SOC 2 Type II Audit Completion and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Certification: The Predictive Index successfully achieved its first Service Organization Controls (SOC) 2 Type II accreditation, demonstrating PI’s commitment to protecting clients’ sensitive information, and reassuring customers and stakeholders alike that client and partner data is secure. PI was also recertified with the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) through its newest compliance standards, meeting rigorous international standards in ensuring data confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Cultivating the Talent Optimization Community

  • The Lead The People Podcast hosted by The Godfather of Talent Optimization, Matt Poepsel PhD., reached 55,000 listeners and celebrated its 100th episode by hosting Kim Scott, the brilliant author of “Radical Candor” and “Radical Respect.”
  • Community content on PI’s social media was viewed nearly 8.5 million times, and followers on social platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram grew by more than 20% from 2023.
  • 7500+ HR and Business Professionals joined PI’s Perspectives Webinar Series, learning from business and talent experts about shared challenges organizations face—and the keys to long-term success. Notable panelists included:
