Brook brings over 15 years of MSP experience and an extensive background in MSP and IT service provider growth and development to her new role at Liongard, where she will lead initiatives to strengthen community engagement and deepen partner relationships.

Brook joins Liongard from ScalePad, where she served as Director of Channel, successfully driving channel programs and building key partnerships. Prior to her role at ScalePad, Brook held various roles within an MSP, including dispatch, engineering, project management. In vCIO, and COO leadership roles as a consultant, she helped countless MSPs optimize their operations, foster growth, and achieve maturity.

Brook’s career journey began in the corporate IT sector, managing departments across the U.S. for companies ranging from small businesses to billion-dollar enterprises. Her transition to the MSP space allowed her to find her niche in IT, where she gained in-depth knowledge of MSP operations. She is passionate about helping MSPs grow, sharing her expertise, and contributing to the community’s success.

At Liongard, Brook will lead initiatives to strengthen the company’s community engagement and expand enablement programs.
