Ken Gianella brings 25+ years of financial experience in the technology sector to Ouster’s Executive Team
SAN FRANCISCO: $OUST--Ouster, Inc. (Nasdaq: OUST) (“Ouster” or the “Company”), a leading global provider of high-performance lidar sensors and software solutions for the automotive, industrial, robotics, and smart infrastructure industries, announced today the appointment of Kenneth Gianella as Chief Financial Officer, effective May 19, 2025. Ken will succeed interim CFO Chen Geng, who will continue at the Company as Senior Vice President, Strategic Finance & Treasurer.
Ken Gianella brings over 25 years of operations and finance experience in the Technology and Communications industries in both public and private companies. Prior to joining Ouster, Ken served as the CFO and then added COO duties at Quantum Corporation (Nasdaq: QMCO). He previously served as the VP of Investor Relations; Mergers, Divestitures, & Acquisitions; and Environmental, Social & Governance Strategy, and later VP of Finance and Treasury at Itron, Inc. (Nasdaq: ITRI). He has held various senior finance roles over his career. Ken holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Duquesne University.
