Deklic brings over two decades of extensive experience scaling high-growth cybersecurity and technology organizations. His distinguished career includes leadership roles at industry giants such as Cisco Canada, where he was instrumental in driving significant market share growth. He further honed his expertise at Forcepoint, where he led global sales teams to exceed targets and expand market reach, and garnered significant recognition for his impactful contributions at Check Point Software. Most recently, at Okta, Deklic played a pivotal role in accelerating the company's enterprise adoption and revenue trajectory, demonstrating a profound understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and a proven ability to build and motivate high-performing sales organizations. His deep understanding of the cybersecurity market and commitment to customer success will be invaluable as Security Compass continues to innovate and expand its industry-leading security by design offerings.
