Powered by Gravity AI, the new platform transforms public sector reporting by improving efficiency, compliance, and community engagement

TAMPA, Fla.: Gravity, the fastest-growing disclosure and budgeting automation company in North America, today announced the launch of its next-generation platform featuring the revolutionary Gravity Disclosure Studio and Gravity Engagement Studio, both powered by Gravity AI. With the new platform, governments can now complete award-winning financial reports in hours instead of months, while ensuring compliance, accessibility, and stronger connections with their communities.

The new Gravity Disclosure Studio is designed to make government reporting faster and easier. Government finance teams can now prepare required documents, including Annual Comprehensive Financial Reports (ACFRs), Popular Annual Financial Reports (PAFRs), and Budget Books, in hours instead of months. Built-in tools help ensure compliance, accessibility, and consistency year after year. Key features include:

  • AI-driven checklists based on Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) criteria, guiding teams toward award-ready results.
  • AI-powered reuse of past reports, so finance teams don’t have to start from scratch each cycle.
  • Automatic ADA-compliant formatting, helping governments meet upcoming 2026 accessibility requirements.

"Gravity Disclosure Studio represents a transformation to a new standard for public sector financial management," said Tyler Davey, CEO of Gravity. "Our platform doesn’t just automate reporting, it fundamentally changes how governments create, publish, and engage around their financial documents with citizens and stakeholders.”

This launch follows Gravity’s recent acquisition of coUrbanize, a community engagement platform used by local governments to improve communication and build trust with residents. With coUrbanize integrated into the new platform, Gravity is introducing the Gravity Engagement Studio, a companion to the Disclosure Studio that lets governments publish interactive, web-based versions of their financial reports. Residents can view and engage with Budget Books, ACFRs, and PAFRs online, giving communities the opportunity to inform local decision-making.

Together, these new capabilities position Gravity as the go-to solution for governments preparing to meet 2026 ADA mandates while elevating reporting quality and community engagement.
