By answering a few initial questions, members receive a free customized roadmap to navigate the bumpy journey of healing after loss, divorce, illness or any trauma. Founders Karine Nissim and Eloise Bune were introduced by a mutual friend after unexpectedly losing their respective husbands. As serial entrepreneurs and Founders of VC-backed start-up darlings (DogVacay/Rover, Shmask & Tentrr, Handwriting.io), the self-proclaimed widow sisters knew they could create a better experience for others going through traumatic situations.

• AI: DayNew’s AI-enabled insights provide customized guidance based on a variety of factors including trauma type, lifestyle, and age.
• Prompts: Like therapy homework or life coach tips, Prompts encourage members to express themselves in a Private Journal or publish responses to the Community Journal to help process emotions and connect with others. Journaling and the benefits of emotional processing with therapy-based questions are key to moving forward in the healing journey.
• Checklist: To combat brain fog and aid in living more functionally, a suggested list of organizational, emotional and social “to-dos” with linked resources helps members navigate the overwhelming amount of coordination and administrative work that comes with loss, illness and divorce.
• Community: Connect with members of the DayNew community to find others going through similar situations with Find a Buddy. DayNew also provides the necessary tools and resources that allow members to get the support they need from loved ones by offering the ability to create a unique Community Page that lists actionable ways your community can support you.
