Healthcare professionals identify how AI-powered solutions can help reduce provider burnout and improve operational efficiency

WESTBOROUGH, Mass.: eClinicalWorks®, the largest ambulatory cloud EHR, today announced the results of a recent survey conducted to identify key operational and clinical challenges healthcare professionals face and the opportunities to apply innovative AI solutions to overcome those obstacles. Overwhelmingly, 90% of the surveyed healthcare professionals reported a favorable or very positive view of AI. The survey found that AI-powered solutions can improve practice efficiencies, reduce provider and staff burnout, streamline workflows, significantly increase time-savings, and improve resource optimization and patient satisfaction.
