Shippers can move quickly with automatic tariff exposure analysis and instant data delivery to customs brokers based on their own clean, structured supply chain data
NEW YORK: Nauta, the AI-native operating system for global supply chains, today announced the Nauta Tariff Recovery Module, designed to help shippers automatically calculate tariff exposure and generate a complete, broker-ready data package within minutes.
The decision by the U.S. Supreme Court to strike down tariffs implemented under the IEEPA is expected to trigger a complex and time-sensitive refund process for shippers. The Nauta Tariff Recovery Module gives shippers the ability to move quickly and confidently by identifying affected shipments down to the SKU level, and assembling the structured data required for broker action.
Powered by Nauta’s platform, which integrates and structures a shipper’s data across ERP, transportation, warehouse, and trade documentation systems, the module connects historical shipment records, product classifications, duty payments, and commercial documentation into a single, harmonized dataset. Customers can automatically calculate total tariff exposure and generate a comprehensive data package that can be delivered to their customs broker via API, SFTP, EDI, or direct download.
Many importers do not have a unified view of their customs, logistics, and product data, making it difficult to determine eligibility, quantify claims, and meet filing timelines. By structuring and harmonizing this data into one connected layer, Nauta enables customers to identify recovery opportunities faster and act with greater accuracy.
“The companies that will recover the most value from this decision will be the ones that can quantify their exposure immediately and provide their brokers with complete, accurate data,” said Valentina Jordan, CEO and Co-Founder of Nauta. “Shippers already have the information required to act, but it is often fragmented across systems and documents. Even before today’s ruling, Nauta has given its customers the power of their own data, by structuring it into a single source of truth so they can move quickly and confidently.”
The Tariff Recovery Module follows the launch of the Nauta Inventory Optimization Engine and continues Nauta’s focus on putting customers in control of their structured, harmonized data across trade, logistics, and inventory. By activating that unified data foundation, customers can accelerate tariff recovery, strengthen inventory planning, and ultimately increase cash flow.
