WASHINGTON: HiLabs, a leading provider of AI-powered solutions that clean and standardize complex healthcare data, today announced that Amir Desai has joined the company as President and Chief Growth Officer. In this role, Desai will work closely with HiLabs’ leadership, product, and engineering teams to accelerate innovation across provider data management, roster automation, clinical data ingestion, and enterprise data standardization for health plans.
Desai most recently served as the EVP, Chief Information Officer & Operations at Molina Healthcare, a Fortune 500 healthcare organization focused on improving health outcomes for Americans on Medicaid, Medicare, and ACA Marketplace. He was a member of the company's Executive Committee and responsible for managing over 10,000 associates across operations and technology to achieve critical business outcomes. He led the company's efforts to become cloud-native, leverage data for critical decision-making, and use artificial intelligence responsibly to create tangible value.
Prior to joining Molina in 2018, Desai held senior leadership roles at Q2 Solutions, Xerox Services, and UnitedHealth Group, where he led enterprise technology initiatives at scale and guided organizations through significant operational and digital change.
