MIAMI: Consertus, Inc., a portfolio company of RTC Partners, today announced that CCS International, Inc. (CCS), an Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois–based capital project management and cost management firm, has joined the Consertus family. Founded in 1979, CCS brings more than four decades of expertise in owner’s representative services, project and program management, and cost advisory, significantly expanding Consertus’ advisory and project delivery capabilities.
