Led by Valor, new funding will help Loop grow the team and expand its platform across logistics, finance, and supply chain operations

SAN FRANCISCO: Loop, the full-stack, verticalized AI platform for logistics and supply chains, today announced it has raised a $95 million Series C led by Valor Equity Partners and the Valor Atreides AI Fund, with participation from 8VC, Founders Fund, Index Ventures, J.P. Morgan Growth Equity Partners, and Tao Capital Partners. The new funding will help Loop expand its platform across a broader set of enterprise use cases, deepen its product and engineering capabilities, and invest in top AI talent.

The round comes as supply chains face a volatile operating environment. Tariffs, supplier diversification, and higher energy costs are putting pressure on businesses already dealing with legacy systems, trapped data, and limited operational and financial visibility. In that setting, enterprises need a more trustworthy data foundation to drive consistently high operations, shift resources to unlock working capital, and make strategic decisions with confidence.

“We see every day how much pressure companies are under to manage supply chains through constant disruption, and how often critical decisions are still being made on top of fragmented data and brittle systems,” said Loop CEO and Co-founder Matt McKinney. “This investment lets us expand our platform and connect the financial and operational data that our customers need to make better decisions, faster.”

Supply chains remain one of the hardest environments for AI deployment because the underlying data is inconsistent, inaccessible, and spread across disconnected enterprise systems. At a time when AI usage outside coding is still relatively early, logistics and supply chain stand out as particularly difficult terrain because many businesses lack a source of truth across operations. That makes it harder to measure cost-to-serve and take decisive action in fast-changing environments.

Loop addresses those challenges by turning trapped operational data into a usable system of intelligence for enterprises. The company has taken a verticalized AI approach, focusing on back-office operations first, where the data is fragmented and siloed in inaccessible formats-and the financial impact is high. By structuring that data and automating the processes around it, Loop helps companies reduce cost, improve financial and network visibility, and gain tighter control over working capital.

Loop’s platform is expanding across new data types and use cases-including supplier, trade and compliance, warehouse, procurement, and inbound logistics data-while strengthening connections across ERP, TMS, WMS, and order-management systems. That expanded platform creates a larger, more granular source of truth for enterprises, enabling better visibility, tighter control, and stronger operational and financial decision-making.

“Loop went deep into one of the hardest parts of the supply chain and turned it into an advantage for their customers,” said Antonio Gracias, Founder, CEO, and Chief Investment Officer of Valor. “Through the AI systems they’ve built, they’re taking data that was previously fragmented and inaccessible and are turning it into intelligence that improves cost, processes, and working capital. That foundation extends into other operational and financial functions, which is why Loop is positioned to become the intelligence layer of the entire supply chain.”

At the core of Loop’s platform is DUX, a family of models and agents built for the complexities of logistics and supply chains. DUX combines document, data, and domain understanding with execution, helping Loop ingest, standardize, contextualize, and act on logistics data across a wide range of documents and systems. That gives customers a more unified view of their supply chain and a stronger foundation for automation and decision-making.

Loop works with leading brands like Outset Medical, Clemens Food Group, Olipop, Kendra Scott, and Dot Foods helping customers reduce cost, improve visibility, and create a more scalable and reliable operational and financial foundation.

Loop plans to use the new capital to grow its team, diversify use cases it can address across the broader supply chain and logistics industry, and scale customer impact. The company aims to become the foundational platform for logistics and supply chain decision-making, helping businesses turn fragmented operational data into action across a comprehensive range of operational and financial decisions.

About Loop

Loop is a full-stack, verticalized AI platform for logistics and supply chains. The company helps enterprises turn fragmented operational and financial data into better visibility, tighter cost control, and stronger decision-making across logistics, finance, and supply chain workflows. Founded by Matt McKinney and Shaosu Liu, Loop began in freight audit and payment and has expanded from that foundation into a broader platform for logistics data and enterprise intelligence.
