HOUSTON: Solaris Energy Infrastructure, Inc. (NYSE:SEI) (“Solaris” or the “Company”), today announced it has completed nearly $2 billion of financing transactions to support growth in the form of a new bond and revolving credit facility. The Company has also announced it has signed an amendment to expand an existing contract in size as well as enhanced balance of plant scope.
