“We are saddened to hear of the untimely passing of S. ‘Soma’ Somasegar, a member of our Board of Directors and a longtime friend and ally to the UiPath leadership team. Soma joined the UiPath Board of Directors in September of 2024 and quickly became a trusted advisor and leader, providing advice and guidance throughout his tenure as both a member of our Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and as a veteran technology executive.
