Do Life.TM (DBDL) Founders' Retreat from July 26 - July 30 at the Fairmont Grand Del Mar in San Diego, California. The firm's flagship annual member experience is expected to welcome founders and their families for five days of business strategy, leadership development, family programming, and community building.

Built around Triad's Do Business. Do Life. philosophy, the invitation-only retreat is designed to demonstrate that building a thriving business and living a meaningful life are not competing priorities, but complementary ones. Through keynote presentations, collaborative learning, networking, wellness activities, and family experiences, attendees will have the opportunity to strengthen both their businesses and their personal relationships.

The retreat's keynote speaker will be Ben Nemtin, the number one New York Times bestselling author and co-creator of The Buried Life. Nemtin rose to fame on the hit MTV series of the same name, which followed him and three best friends checking off a 100-item bucket list, helping a stranger do the same with every item crossed off. It's a mission that mirrors DBDL at its core: build the list, then live it.

Nemtin's keynote will center on the power of intentional goal setting and how small, purposeful steps lead to meaningful personal and professional transformation. He will also lead an interactive Bucket List Writing Workshop designed to help attendees identify and pursue what matters most, along with a dedicated breakout session for teen attendees.

Additional programming will feature business updates from Triad co-founder Brad Johnson and chief technology officer Quin Kilgore, including a preview of Triad AI, the firm's upcoming all-in-one AI platform bringing call transcription, scheduling, and marketing insights into one place for founders.

Attendees will also receive an exclusive first look at The Table 2026, Triad's signature founder experience where this year, for the first time, one thriving member firm will open their strategic playbook, sharing how they grew, scaled, and built a business worth selling.

Beyond the mainstage programming, the retreat will include founder networking sessions, wellness activities, and curated family excursions throughout San Diego, a reception and dinner aboard the historic USS Midway, and a farewell concert featuring multi-platinum recording artist Andy Grammer.
