“Since joining our Board in 2025, Thong has been a trusted advisor and a strong advocate for our vision,” said Brendan Frey, Founder and Chief Innovation Officer of Deep Genomics. “He brings a fresh energy and deep experience supporting the life sciences industry to the role, making him exceptionally well positioned to lead our Board as Deep Genomics continues to advance AI-driven drug discovery.”

Mr. Le joined the Deep Genomics Board of Directors in 2025, bringing more than 20 years of experience investing in the life sciences sector. I look forward to continuing my work alongside the company as it advances its mission to transform how medicines are discovered and developed.”

Mr. Le succeeds Chip Baird, who served as Chair of the Board for the past three years. Mr. Baird will continue to support Deep Genomics as a non-executive director and will serve as Chair of the Audit Committee.
