SCHAUMBURG, Ill.: COEO Solutions ("COEO"), a Riata Capital Group portfolio company and leading managed network, communications, security, and IT provider for multi-location mid-market enterprises, today announced the acquisition of NetWolves Network Services (“NetWolves”). This is COEO's second acquisition of 2026, following the April acquisition of S-NET Communications, and extends COEO's platform for the Forgotten 5000, designed to address the complex networking needs of multi-location, mid-market enterprises.

NetWolves is a managed IT and network services provider that helps organizations design, secure, monitor, and manage enterprise networks, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and connectivity. The acquisition brings a carrier-agnostic network and connectivity practice, along with 24/7 managed services. The acquisition adds carrier network scale to COEO's footprint and deepens the company's SD-WAN and managed connectivity capabilities, strengthening its ability to serve customers with complex, multi-location connectivity and networking needs. Combined with COEO's existing communications, security, and managed IT portfolio, the acquisition positions COEO as a single accountable partner across network, communications, security, and IT infrastructure for growing mid-market enterprises.

“NetWolves built their business on the technical depth and the service discipline to design complex enterprise networks and manage them around the clock,” said Frank Ruffolo, CEO of COEO Solutions. “This is our second acquisition this year, and it reflects a clear strategy: build a complete platform for mid-market enterprises who require more tailored services and support than other carriers provide. NetWolves' team and technical expertise strengthen what we can deliver, and our customers and partners gain a broader network and deeper connectivity capability as a result.”

COEO is focused on a deliberate, well-supported transition for NetWolves’ customers and partners. Peter Castle and Scott Foote, who together have more than forty years with the business, are serving as senior advisors to COEO through the transition period, with a particular focus on continuity for NetWolves' largest accounts. The combined business will bring expanded infrastructure, engineering depth, and support capacity to serve the customer base and will communicate directly with NetWolves’ customers and partners in the coming weeks with specific timelines and named points of contact.

For NetWolves’ customers, the transaction brings a direct investment in technology and product capability. As customers transition onto COEO's platform, they will gain access to a single customer portal that brings circuit inventory, billing detail, and trouble ticket status into one view, replacing the work of tracking those items across separate systems. The platform applies AI-driven analysis to network data to produce reporting on circuit performance, traffic studies, SLA attainment, and related operational measures, giving IT teams the information to manage their infrastructure ahead of problems rather than after them. COEO will publish specific availability and migration timelines as part of its customer transition communications.

For channel partners who have represented NetWolves, this transaction opens access to COEO's full portfolio and established channel program. COEO works with a national network of technology solutions distributors and advisor partners, offering competitive commissions, dedicated channel support, and a partner-first sales model built around faster time to commission and long-term account growth. Partners who have been selling NetWolves solutions are encouraged to contact COEO's channel team to discuss how the expanded platform creates new revenue opportunities for their customers.

The DAK Group acted as exclusive financial advisor to NetWolves, and Benesch served as legal counsel to COEO Solutions in connection with this transaction.
