CHICAGO: Harbor Capital Advisors, Inc. ("Harbor"), an asset manager focused on delivering differentiated investment solutions, today announced the launch of the Harbor AI Lab Ecosystem ETF Suite, a first-of-its-kind family of actively managed ETFs designed to provide investors with exposure to the public companies most closely connected to the world's leading AI, or artificial intelligence, ecosystems.

The suite includes:

  • OpenAI Lab Ecosystem ETF (OAIW)
  • Anthropic AI Lab Ecosystem ETF (ANTW)
  • Meta AI Lab Ecosystem ETF (MTAW)
  • Google DeepMind AI Lab Ecosystem ETF (DEPW)
  • SpaceXAI Lab Ecosystem ETF (XAIW)

“I believe 2026 is the year AI migrated from a major theme to its own asset class. The marketplace and investors are demanding different tools to get more precise exposures to distinct parts of the AI asset class. The Harbor AI Lab Ecosystem ETFs sit at the very top of that pyramid offering differentiated exposures to each AI Lab ecosystem. We think of these as modern sector funds built for the AI Economy that we now all live in,” said Kristof Gleich, President and Chief Investment Officer, Harbor Capital Advisors

A New Way to Think About AI Investing
For much of the AI revolution, investors have focused primarily on a relatively small group of well-known technology companies.

Harbor believes the next chapter of AI investing extends far beyond those headline names.

These frontier AI Lab ecosystem ETFs depend on an extensive network of semiconductor companies, cloud providers, data center operators, software companies, infrastructure suppliers, enterprise platforms, and strategic partners.

The Harbor AI Lab Ecosystem ETF Suite seeks to identify those economic relationships and provide investors with exposure to the companies positioned to benefit as AI adoption continues to expand.

Why the Harbor AI Lab Ecosystem ETFs?
Unlike traditional AI investment strategies that often group companies together based primarily on industry classifications or broad thematic labels, Harbor developed a proprietary Economic Linkage Framework to evaluate how closely public companies are connected to the continued growth of each AI ecosystem.

The framework evaluates companies across multiple dimensions, including:

  • Capital and strategic partnerships
  • AI infrastructure and supply chains
  • Distribution and platform access
  • Product and workflow integration
  • Customer relationships
  • Data and content advantages
  • Competitive and economic positioning

Those insights help determine portfolio inclusion and weighting, creating differentiated exposures that evolve alongside the rapidly changing AI landscape.

Why Now?
Artificial intelligence is moving from experimentation to enterprise deployment. As businesses increasingly integrate AI into everyday operations, Harbor believes the opportunity is expanding beyond model developers to include the broader network of companies supporting AI infrastructure, commercialization, and adoption.

At the same time, the world's leading AI labs are pursuing increasingly different strategies, technologies, and commercial partnerships, creating distinct ecosystems with different economic beneficiaries over time. Harbor believes investors should have the ability to access those evolving ecosystems through professionally managed ETF solutions.

Built for Long-Term Investors
The Harbor AI Lab ETF Suite was designed for investors seeking long-term exposure to one of the most significant structural growth opportunities of the coming decades.

Rather than attempting to predict short-term technology winners, the suite seeks to identify companies with meaningful and durable economic connections to the continued expansion of artificial intelligence. Harbor believes this ecosystem-based approach offers investors a broader, potentially more resilient way to participate in AI as innovation, infrastructure investment, enterprise adoption, and commercial deployment continue to evolve.

Investors should carefully consider the investment objectives, risks, charges and expenses of a fund before investing. To obtain a summary prospectus or prospectus for this and other information, call 800-422-1050. Read it carefully before investing.

Investing involves risk, principal loss is possible. Unlike mutual funds, ETFs may trade at a premium or discount to their net asset value. Harbor ETFs are new and have limited operating history to judge.

There is no guarantee the Fund will achieve its investment objective. Equity and foreign securities, particularly those in emerging markets, are subject to market volatility and political, regulatory, economic, and foreign currency risks that may cause the Fund’s value to decline. The Fund’s performance depends on the success, adoption, and growth of the company identified in the Fund’s name and companies most directly linked to that company’s artificial intelligence (“AI”) ecosystem. The Fund and such companies may be adversely affected by competition, technological disruption, cybersecurity incidents, supply chain constraints, regulation, reputational events, or shifts in market and investor sentiment. AI-related companies face rapid technological change and evolving legal and regulatory scrutiny that could negatively impact their business, profitability, and market value. The Fund relies on third-party data and quantitative models that may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or ineffective, and such models may not perform as expected under all market conditions. American Depository Receipts (ADRs), Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), and private company investments involve additional risks, including heightened volatility, limited liquidity, reduced transparency, foreign currency exposure, and uncertain operating histories or valuations. Because the Fund may invest a greater percentage of its assets in a single issuer or a limited number of issuers, it may be more susceptible to risks associated with a particular economic, political, or regulatory event than a more diversified portfolio.

The views expressed herein may not be reflective of current opinions, are subject to change without prior notice, and should not be considered investment advice.

The Funds are not affiliated with, connected to, or associated with the companies identified in their respective names and were not developed or created by, or sponsored, endorsed, or approved by, those companies.
