• The Honorable Ellen Lord, Former Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition & Sustainment - Having managed the entirety of the DoD acquisition system, Lord brings unmatched authority on industrial-base scaling and Other Transaction (OT) authorities. Her expertise will provide credibility with OSD (Office of the Secretary of Defense) acquisition and prime contractors, ensuring a seamless path for commercial innovation.

• John Clark, Former Corporate CTO and Head of Lockheed Martin’s Skunk Works - A 27-year veteran of Lockheed Martin, Clark brings unparalleled experience in AI, autonomy, and edge compute from the prime-contractor perspective.
