State adds digital titling services for a secure, efficient, and fully paperless process at the DMV
PLANO, Texas: $TYL #TylerTech--Tyler Technologies, Inc (NYSE: TYL) announced that the South Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles (SCDMV) will implement electronic titling services through the state’s existing Digital Government Services (DGS) contract with Tyler, expanding the state’s use of Tyler solutions as part of a relationship spanning more than 21 years.
Through the DGS contract, SCDMV will implement a fully digital titling solution from Tyler and CHAMP, replacing paper-based processes with a streamlined electronic workflow. The solution will enable vehicle titles to be processed in as little as 24 hours while improving collaboration among SCDMV, dealers and lenders, and increasing accuracy and operational efficiency.
“Our partnership with the state has been incredibly meaningful, but what excites me most is the direction we’re headed,” said Randy Shelley, general manager of Tyler in South Carolina. “We’ve built a strong foundation together and are now helping drive the next phase of digital government and payment innovation. We can scale that impact and deliver even more value to the people of South Carolina.”
