NEW YORK & TEL AVIV, Israel: monday.com Ltd. (NASDAQ: MNDY) today announced the full program for Elevate ‘26, its flagship annual conference, taking place October 28-29, 2026 at the Javits Center in New York City.

As companies race to adopt AI, many are finding they lack the operational foundation and know-how to truly embed it in their workflows. According to Deloitte’s 2026 State of AI in the Enterprise report, only 30% of companies are redesigning processes around AI.

Elevate ‘26 is built to help attendees move from AI experimentation to practical application. Every attendee will have the opportunity to build a working AI agent, with hands-on workshops, expert sessions, masterclasses, and dedicated building experiences designed to help people put agents to work in their own workflows.

Guided tutorials will take attendees from curious to capable, regardless of technical background. The hands-on program includes:

• Certification Day: A fully AI-focused curriculum in a four-hour hands-on workshop
• Expert Bar: 1:1 time with monday.com product experts
• AI Hive: 1:1 time with certified monday.com partners to implement AI in an attendee's own workspace
• Masterclasses: Three times as many as in 2025, from beginner to advanced
• Elevate Labs: Dedicated building stations where attendees can create a working agent through a guided experience and learn how to apply it to their work

Elevate ‘26 Speakers

Elevate ‘26 will bring together more than 150 speakers, including Ryan Reynolds and Lindsey Vonn, alongside business and technology leaders from LinkedIn, Microsoft, Google, Meta, and Spotify.

• Ryan Reynolds is an entrepreneur, producer, screenwriter, and actor who has built and invested in businesses including Aviation Gin, Mint Mobile, Maximum Effort, and Wrexham AFC. Judging is based on impact, including hours saved, errors reduced, and output scaled.
