MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif.: Bloomreach, the AI company for personalized customer engagement, today announced it has been recognized in the 2026 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Multichannel Marketing Hubs. In the 2026 Gartner Critical Capabilities for Multichannel Marketing Hubs report, a companion to the Magic Quadrant, Bloomreach is named among the three highest scoring vendors in every Use Case.

While the Magic Quadrant evaluates vendors' overall position in the market, Critical Capabilities assesses how well each recognized product supports specific Use Cases, rated on a five-point scale. In addition to being among the three highest scoring vendors in every Use Case, Bloomreach also ranked highest in the Conversational and Agent-Augmented Marketing Use Case, and second-highest in the Real-Time Personalization and Decisioning Use Case.

"We believe being among the three highest scoring vendors in every Use Case reflects what a multichannel marketing hub is meant to do: know the customer, decide what to send, and orchestrate it everywhere without your team stitching it together by hand," said Anirban Bardalaye, Chief Product Officer, Bloomreach. "Loomi is how Bloomreach does that - delivering intelligence at the edge of every customer experience. We're proud of the results our customers are already driving with Loomi today, and even more excited about what comes next."

Every Bloomreach app and agent is embedded with Loomi: Bloomreach's AI for customer engagement. Powered by Loomi, businesses can unlock:

  • One view of the customer: Warehouse and CDP data unified with live behavioral signals and activated in milliseconds, across 175+ integrations.
  • 17 native channels: Every channel shares suppression and consent rules by default, so adding a channel doesn't mean rebuilding them.
  • Agents that do the work: Always-on execution, with Loomi Connect extending the same intelligence to external surfaces.
