SAN FRANCISCO: WeBox, a workplace commerce platform serving businesses across the San Francisco Bay Area, reported more than 300% year-over-year revenue growth in its Office Pantry business in the third quarter of 2026.
The growth reflects the expanding role of Office Pantry within WeBox's broader workplace commerce offering. The company sees the business as an opportunity to build its second highly successful marketplace product line, extending its workplace commerce model beyond meals into a broader range of everyday workplace needs.
A Managed Approach to Office Pantry Operations
WeBox's Office Pantry offering integrates product sourcing and procurement, delivery, inventory management, and replenishment. With more than 1,000 product selections, including snacks, beverages, fresh fruit, and office essentials, the service helps businesses simplify purchasing and maintain a well-stocked workplace environment.
The offering also includes more than 30 fresh fruit options and over 100 equipment options, spanning coffee and beverage equipment, breakfast machines, and other workplace appliances. Its sourcing network includes national retailers, local suppliers, and specialty markets.
By combining product variety with ongoing operational support, WeBox aims to help businesses move beyond fragmented purchasing and restocking processes toward a more convenient, professionally managed service.
Expanding WeBox's Workplace Commerce Offering
Office Pantry is part of WeBox's broader workplace commerce offering, which also includes corporate meal programs and event catering. Together, these services help businesses coordinate everyday food and beverage needs, employee meals, and workplace events through a single service partner.
As companies adapt workplace operations to changing attendance patterns and employee needs, WeBox continues to develop service options designed to make workplace food and beverage operations more flexible and easier to manage.
“We believe Office Pantry will become our second highly successful marketplace product line,” said Fred Ming, Founder and CEO of WeBox. “We have the variety of products, including coffee, drinks, and breakfast machines, to help transform the workplace into a third space.”
By extending its offering from meals into pantry products and workplace equipment, WeBox is developing a broader approach to workplace commerce designed to support the evolving needs of modern workplaces.
