Xsolla’s Chief Administrative & Legal Officer Recognized for Building the Legal Infrastructure Behind Its Worldwide Growth

LOS ANGELES: Xsolla, a global commerce company, today announced that Carla Bedrosian, Esq., Chief Administrative & Legal Officer at Xsolla has been named a nominee for the 2026 LA Times Studios Inspirational Women Forum & Leadership Awards. The sixth annual program recognizes women whose leadership has a remarkable impact on their industries and communities. The program will celebrate honorees at an awards dinner on November 5, 2026, in Santa Monica, California.

Bedrosian’s nomination recognizes the comprehensive legal infrastructure she has built since joining Xsolla in early 2024. Xsolla acts as a merchant of record in more than 200 geographies, supporting over 1,000 local payment methods so video game developers and publishers can sell directly to players anywhere. Under Bedrosian’s leadership, the legal department has scaled across multiple regions and jurisdictions, embedding compliance and legal operations into the business to support consistent, efficient launches in new markets.

“Every time a developer reaches players in a new country through Xsolla, Carla’s team has already done the work to make that possible,” said Chris Hewish, President of Xsolla. “She has built a legal function that moves at the speed of our business, across more than 200 markets, and that foundation is what our partners rely on to grow with confidence. This recognition from LA Times Studios is well earned.”

The nomination marks Bedrosian’s fourth industry recognition in the past 12 months. Earlier this year, she was recognized as one of the leading In-House CLOs by LA Times Studios; Law.com named her a finalist in the “Innovative Leaders” category of its Leadership, Influence & Inclusivity in Law Awards; and OnConferences named Bedrosian, alongside Natalia Voziyan, Xsolla’s Vice President of Legal and Operations, as finalists for its Top 50 Corporate Counsel Award.

“These recognitions belong to our entire global legal team, who keep Xsolla open for business in hundreds of markets and help developers grow and thrive there with confidence,” said Carla Bedrosian, Esq., Chief Administrative & Legal Officer at Xsolla. “Our job is to clear the path so developers can sell directly to their players anywhere in the world. I’m grateful to be recognized alongside so many influential women who are opening doors in their own industries.”
