Under her lead, the company saw a 22% increase in its workforce, improved hiring processes, and a new employee review process. Next, Jim Cumella joined as the NAM Chief Revenue Officer—after Evan Carlson was promoted to Chief Operations Officer of the entire organization. And in November, Enrico Celotto joined as the Chief Marketing Officer and has begun initiatives to strengthen the EasyVista brand and content offerings to the ITSM market.
