EasyVista welcomed 3 new executives, increased its workforce size by 22%, and grew its ARR by 23%.

NEW YORK: #EasyVista--EasyVista, a global leading provider of ITSM, IT Remote Support and IT Monitoring solutions, experienced another year of rapid growth and expansion—both in terms of ARR and other company initiatives. Major EasyVista wins for 2023 included new C-Suite executives, achieving €50MM ARR, innovative product updates, inclusion in the first-ever Gartner Market Guide for IT Service Management Platforms, and new customer deals.

In 2023, EasyVista earned the rating of 4.9/5 on the Gartner Peer Insights reviews, with a 95% of users sharing a “willingness to recommend” EasyVista to their peers. These ratings for EasyVista are an increase from 4.7/5 and 83%, respectively, in the 2022 Gartner Peer Insights forum.

Notable product updates for EasyVista Service Manager released in 2023 include XLAs, enhanced AIOps with threshold predictions, Green IT dashboards, WhatsApp integration, new PowerBI reports, EV Reach Azure AD integration, and advanced user forecasting. These product additions set the foundation for the continued expansion of EasyVista’s platform product release updates planned for 2024 that will empower more customers to take advantage of what their ITSM, Remote Control and IT Monitoring solutions offer.

Major deals secured, as both new contracts and renewals, include TIAA, Merakey, NYC Department of Education, Ubisfot, Aeroport de Paris, UAE Naval Forces, and Universidad Complutense de Madrid.

EasyVista also added three new executives to lead and accelerate the company’s growth. The first executive hire of 2023 was Cristina Zenati Costanzo, who joined as Chief People Officerback in April. Under her lead, the company saw a 22% increase in its workforce, improved hiring processes, and a new employee review process. Next, Jim Cumella joined as the NAM Chief Revenue Officer—after Evan Carlson was promoted to Chief Operations Officer of the entire organization. And in November, Enrico Celotto joined as the Chief Marketing Officer and has begun initiatives to strengthen the EasyVista brand and content offerings to the ITSM market. Another pivotal hire was Sean Herbert, VP of Sales – Northern Europe & Middle East, who is helping steer EasyVista’s expansion in the UK market, where Tekwurx and AFJ were signed as partners.

Patrice Barbedette, CEO adds, “2023 was a big year for EasyVista. We hit our revenue goals and even grew our ARR by 23%. We made three key strategic C-Suite executive hires to lead various arms within the business—pushing us closer to our main objective of, €100MM ARR by 2026. Additionally, and probably my favorite part of the year was getting the entire team together in person in Portugal for 3 days! If 2023, a year of great achievements, is any indication of what’s in store for EasyVista in 2024, the rest of the ITSM industry better watch out.”
