MALVERN, Pa.: Cantaloupe, Inc. (Nasdaq: CTLP), a leading provider of end-to-end technology solutions for self-service commerce, announced the successful completion of its acquisition of Cheq Lifestyle Technology, Inc. (“CHEQ”). This strategic investment positions Cantaloupe for expansion into the large and rapidly growing sports, entertainment, and restaurant sectors with a comprehensive suite of self-service solutions.

By leveraging mobile ordering, socially connected payments, real-time reporting, and remote support, CHEQ empowers customers to streamline venue operations, increase efficiency, and boost revenue.
