TORONTO: PointClickCare Technologies, a leading healthcare technology platform, today announced that it is being recognized as the Best in KLAS long-term care software segment winner for 2024. This is the fifth consecutive year KLAS Research has found PointClickCare to be the leading provider in this space. “Our mission has always been, and continues to be, addressing critical gaps in healthcare to better serve high-needs populations through an expanding care collaboration network,” said James Yersh, Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Financial Officer at PointClickCare. “We are honored to be recognized as the leader in long-term care software and are especially thrilled by the strong results in the areas most important to the customers we support.”

KLAS seeks to improve the world’s healthcare through insights, collaboration, and transparency. A Best in KLAS award signifies to the healthcare IT industry the commitment and partnership that the top vendors provide their customers.

Following an extensive, one-year survey and review period conducted by KLAS, PointClickCare had the highest overall score for the long-term care segment.
