CUPERTINO, Calif.: ARC Fertility (ARC), a highly experienced national provider of innovative fertility and family-forming benefits for self-insured employers and their employees, proudly marks the one-year anniversary of Bill Glueck's role as Executive Vice President of Partnerships & Platform Integrations. Glueck has played a pivotal role in advancing ARC’s mission of making affordable, flexible fertility and family-forming benefits more accessible for self-insured employers and their employees.
“Glueck’s expertise and strategic vision have significantly contributed to ARC’s growth in the self-funded marketplace,” says Dr. David Adamson, MD, founder and CEO, ARC. “Since joining ARC in April 2023, Glueck has spearheaded various initiatives to improve access to high-value, high-quality reproductive care for individuals of all backgrounds. As a result, ARC has collaborated with the largest group insurance brokers and consulting firms, leveraging best practices and validated outcomes that help self-insured companies to strengthen their benefits packages and enhance employee recruitment and retention.”
Glueck’s role has encompassed strategic partnerships, employer collaborations and overseeing all necessary platform integrations and APIs to HR platforms, benefit administration platforms, health plan platforms and legacy systems. His impact has been instrumental in delivering fertility and family-forming benefits as employee benefits, with care provided by ARC and its extensive network of fertility clinics across the United States and Canada.
“Joining ARC Fertility has been an exciting journey and I am proud to be part of a team dedicated to breaking down barriers in reproductive care,” says Glueck. “In the past year, we have made significant strides in expanding access to family-forming benefits. I look forward to continuing our mission, expanding our strategic partnerships with brokers, TPAs, labor funds & Captives as we design inclusive, innovative employee benefit plans that include ARC Fertility's family forming benefits and make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and families.”
Glueck brings a wealth of experience from his previous roles, including his tenure as Vice President of Strategy & Partnerships at MeetCaregivers, where he partnered with Medicare Advantage health plans to address social determinants of health (SDOH) and healthcare inequality. His achievements included the commercialization of the business model and the signing of the first-ever Medicare Advantage plan partnership agreements.
As Vice President of Business Development, Americas, at PAI Health, Glueck collaborated with global reinsurers and insurance companies on InsurTech-related digital insurance product ideation and innovation. His efforts resulted in a global exclusive partnership with the world's largest reinsurance carrier, leading to A round funding and collaborative digital product development initiatives.
