NEW YORK: #AI--GBK Collective, a leading marketing strategy, consumer behavior, and analytics consultancy, today announced several key hires including Virginia Lennon who joins as Senior Vice President of Research and Insights. Also joining the GBK team are Prachi Bhalerao as Marketing Data Scientist, and Reagan Jacobs as Senior Analyst.

In the past year, GBK has continued to build out its team and business – expanding its collective of experienced practitioners across product and marketing strategy, insights, analytics, and other areas. Today the firm works with more than a dozen Fortune 500 clients across industry verticals including automotive, consumer products, enterprise and cloud computing, financial services, healthcare, technology, among other sectors.

In her role as Senior Vice President, Lennon will advise GBK's growing roster of global clients to identify crucial trends and gain deep insights to reach target consumers as well as business-to-business customers. Prior to joining GBK, Lennon held senior leadership positions at Ipsos Connect, Ipsos Media & Technology, OTX Research and Telemundo Network.

While a Senior Vice President with Ipsos, Virginia led the Media Development’s Content Strategy team collaborating with content creators and media organizations to drive meaningful audience insights. She also acted as a multicultural expert for Ipsos Connect, working across three business units, Creative Excellence/Brand Communication, Brand Health Tracking, and Media & Technology. In 15 years with the firm, Lennon played a pivotal role in leading the firm's multicultural research, partnering with clients to uncover insights and strategies to connect with multicultural consumers across different markets.

Prachi Bhalerao joins GBK as a Marketing Data Scientist, bringing a strong analytical background with a focus on econometrics, statistical analysis, and machine learning. Her expertise lies at the intersection of technology and business, with previous experience contributing to teams at Deloitte, Ernst & Young, and Siemens. Bhalerao's role at GBK will involve applying her advanced analytical skills to solve complex business problems, offering valuable insights that drive client success. Bhalerao holds an MBA in Business Analytics from UC San Diego, as well as an MBA in Technology Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from NMIMS.

Reagan Jacobs steps into the role of Senior Analyst, bringing her experience in consulting and research project execution. With a background in both quantitative and qualitative research, Jacobs has worked with clients across sectors including grocery, convenience, CPG, automotive, sporting goods, and technology. At GBK, she will support the end-to-end execution of research projects and build strong client relationships, aiming to help clients achieve their key business objectives. Jacobs holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Notre Dame.
