The industry's only Ai-Powered Customer Intelligence Platform, built on a native cloud architecture, earns recognition for its cutting-edge proprietary Ai offerings and channel leadership in the Ai era

SAN FRANCISCO: Dialpad, Inc. – the industry-leading Ai-Powered Customer Intelligence Platform – today announced that it has been honored by CRN®, a brand of The Channel Company, with inclusion in its 2024 Partner Program Guide. This annual guide provides essential information to solution providers exploring technology vendor partner programs that offer high value and align with their business needs and goals.

2023 was a big year for the company and its channel program, led by Mike Kane, Dialpad’s SVP of Global Partner Sales. Leading with a channel-first strategy, in 2023 the company launched DialpadGPT, Dialpad’s proprietary large language model (LLM), as well as 12 generative AI-powered solutions to support the channel and its customers to meet the increasing demand for AI offerings to drive team efficiency, improve productivity, and ensure sales teams adhere to best practices that drive key KPIs. Additionally, Dialpad saw 52% program growth in North America, 178% growth in the EMEA market, and a 53% increase in new logo channel bookings.

“Being named to the CRN Partner Program Guide is a tremendous acknowledgment of Dialpad’s achievements and unparalleled channel momentum,” said Kane. “We are proud of the work we have accomplished over the past year and continue to invest in innovative strategies that will support the Dialpad community, including our channel partners. We are excited to continue to work with our partners to increase the adoption of responsible, practical, and real AI that enables customers to work more efficiently and effectively.”

The breadth and depth of support and resources technology vendors offer through their partner programs is a critical consideration for solution providers assessing which IT vendors, service providers, and distributors to team within building world-class technology solutions. Program elements such as financial incentives, sales and marketing assistance, training and certification, technical support, and more can set vendors apart and play a key role in boosting their partners’ long-term growth.

For the 2024 Partner Program Guide, CRN evaluated vendors based on program requirements and offerings such as partner training and education, pre- and post-sales support, marketing programs and resources, technical support, and communication.

“Recognition on this list reflects the value of spotlighted vendor partner programs and their commitment to evolving with solution providers and supporting IT channel success,” said Jennifer Follett, VP, U.S. Content and Executive Editor, CRN, at The Channel Company. “This recognition empowers solution providers to discover vendors that keep pace with the evolving requirements of their business and their clients. With CRN’s 2024 Partner Program Guide, solution providers can access deep insights into the unique strengths of each partner program and the vendors who demonstrate dedication to their partner community.”

Dialpad’s partner program and Kane received several additional accolades over the last year including Kane’s recognition on the 2024 CRN® Channel Chief for the third consecutive year and a five-star designation as a part of CRN’s 2023 Partner Program Guide. The Dialpad team was also recognized by Google as a 2023 Google Cloud Technology Partner of the Year for Productivity and Collaboration, and by Telarus as Best Overall Supplier, encompassing the US, EMEA, and ANZ.

The 2024 Partner Program Guide will be featured in the April 2024 issue of CRN and online at www.CRN.com/PPG.
