In his newly created role, Smith will be instrumental in shaping the company’s future through strategic planning and execution, including forging key partnerships and driving new business initiatives. He will leverage his foundation in strategy consulting, investment banking, and transactional law to identify untapped opportunities, drive innovative solutions, and deliver value to the health systems Intelliguard serves.

Smith is a seasoned executive and strategist who has focused intently on growth and innovation throughout his career. His experience spans numerous industries, including healthcare and technology. For nearly 30 years, he has applied his analytical insight and legal acumen to provide business strategy and technology counsel to start-up, midsize, and Fortune 500 companies navigating complex challenges. Prior to joining Intelliguard, he spent a decade cultivating strategic accounts, loyalty partnerships and product offerings for United Airlines.
