The Footprint for ISO-based online contractor insurance product goes from seven to all 50 states
CARLSBAD, Calif.: CARLSBAD, California-based Integrated Specialty Coverages (“ISC”), a leading, multi-line program administrator that builds end-to-end insurance products utilizing advanced artificial intelligence (AI) and data analytics, is pleased to announce that it’s ADVANTAGE Contractor General Liability (GL) product is now available in all 50 states.
Initially launched in 2023 in select states, ISC brokers can now offer the ADVANTAGE GL product to contractors throughout the country. The ISO-based, “A” rated, competitively priced product combines broad coverage with speed and ease. “The ADVANTAGE program enables contractors to better protected, meet stricter contractual insurance requirements, and obtain higher limits on projects,” said Justin Berk, ISC Construction Product Manager.
“In addition, brokers can submit, quote, and bind coverage online. Our state-of-the-art platform, ISCx, provides same-day coverage and certificates of insurance that insureds need to bid on and win any project,” explained Berk. “There are no Acord forms. Everything is done 100% online.”
ADVANTAGE GL is available for more than 35 eligible classes, including general contractors, carpenters, electricians, landscapers, plumbers, roofers, and many more. New ventures are accepted for most classes. The product provides limits of $1MM/$2MM/$2MM/$1MM, up to $300,000 for Fire Legal Liability, and $10,000 for Medical payments. Coverage is written on an occurrence basis.
ADVANTAGE GL is part of ISC’s exclusive Construction portfolio, which also includes the STANDARD, PLUS, and PREMIER products. Matt Grossberg, ISC CEO, said, “We’re able to offer our brokers products that address any contractor’s needs—whether they be startups or larger, more established firms. ISC combines solid coverage with tools to make brokers faster, more efficient, and more profitable. That, plus the ease of doing business through our proprietary platform makes ISC a one stop shop for anything a client could need.”
