McNaught will continue leading Gryphon through the next phase of growth in an increasingly complex contact and conversation compliance market
BOSTON: Gryphon.ai, a leader in contact and conversation compliance and AI-driven conversation intelligence, is pleased to announce Clay McNaught's promotion to Chief Executive Officer. McNaught, who has served as Gryphon’s President since December 2023 and Chief Operating Officer since December 2022, brings extensive experience in scaling enterprise-class SaaS organizations. During his tenure, he has streamlined operations and tapped into markets where organizations often struggle to ensure compliant and effective customer interactions.
“From the moment I joined Gryphon, I recognized that customer value, solution-driven strategies, and strong partnerships are key to our success,” McNaught said. “As CEO, I’m excited to lead the company’s next growth phase. My goal is to make Gryphon the go-to partner for enterprises navigating today’s complex regulatory landscape. Our ability to provide real-time solutions for contact compliance, conversation compliance, and sentiment analysis sets us apart.”
Gryphon.ai is the most comprehensive platform for enterprise contact and conversation compliance. Its AI-powered intelligence ensures customers across industries like financial services, insurance, healthcare, and telecommunications can reduce complexity and risk in every interaction while still driving revenue growth. McNaught brings over two decades of experience in SaaS go-to-market strategies, focused on revenue growth and customer retention. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President at Quadient, where he honed his skills in aligning back-office operations with enterprise strategies. At Gryphon, McNaught has forged partnerships with major players such as Capgemini, Google, NICE, and IBM. With McNaught’s promotion, former President and CEO Jeff Fotta has transitioned to a board-only role.
“I’ve witnessed Gryphon’s growth firsthand, and I’m excited to see Clay take the company to the next level,” said Fotta. “Enterprises today need a partner that can bridge the gap between compliant conversations and revenue generation.
