The ranking incorporates measurements across four domains: employee trust, customer trust, investor trust and media sentiment. Only public companies traded on the U.S. stock exchanges and based in the U.S. with more than 1,000 employees were considered for the ranking. Of the 2,000 companies ranked, only the top 300 made the inaugural list.
