Seasoned SaaS Leader Lauren Langston Joins Auto Repair Software Provider to Drive Strategic Growth
HOUSTON: Tekmetric, the leading automotive repair software company, has appointed Lauren Langston as the company's new President and Chief Operating Officer (COO). With a proven record of scaling SaaS companies, Langston aims to position Tekmetric as the essential platform for repair shops, helping shop owners streamline operations and boost profitability.

Langston’s professional journey includes leadership roles at industry-leading technology companies. Langston was previously Chief Operating Officer at Kantata, a cloud-based platform for professional services firms, and Mavenlink, an online project and resource management platform. Prior to Mavenlink, Lauren was a technology investor at Goldman Sachs. Throughout her career, Langston has demonstrated exceptional expertise in strategy, operations, financial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and customer success.
The announcement follows Tekmetric’s continued growth in 2024, including its merger with Shopgenie, the leading auto repair shop CRM.
