SEATTLE: Concord Technologies (“Concord”), a leading provider of Secure Document Exchange, Intelligent Document Processing, and Interoperability solutions for healthcare, today announced that William Cavanaugh has been appointed Chief Executive Officer, succeeding its founder Chris Moore. Moore, who led the business for more than 29 years will now serve as Chairman. Cavanaugh, who joined Concord in 2022 as its President, will focus on continuing to deliver double-digit revenue growth riding on Concord’s clinical data exchange network.
“As I take on this role, my primary focus will be to honor the foundations that have made our company great — profitable growth, product innovation, and being obsessed with customer success. We’ll also be embracing new challenges and accelerating the market adoption of Concord’s Practical AI™ approach to lessening administrative burden in healthcare. Together we’re aiming for even greater heights – ‘up and to the right,' as we like to say.”
To achieve that growth, Concord’s leadership will continue to deliver solutions that address the most pervasive issues in healthcare today such as eliminating document and data processing bottlenecks, reducing clinical administrative burdens, automating workflows, and delivering data and documents directly into systems of record.
“William has a strong record running high growth companies and has the talent and experience to take Concord forward in his new role,” Moore added. “He has already been a real rocket-booster as President of Concord, delivering impressive commercial results along with leading the acquisitions of two strategic businesses last year. We’re in the next phase of growth and I’m looking forward to working with William and our talented team to continue a strong profitable growth trajectory.”
