NORTHBROOK, Ill.: UL Solutions Inc. (NYSE: ULS), a global safety science leader, today announced that its board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.13 per share, an increase of $0.005 per share, bringing the annual dividend rate to $0.52 per share, up 4% from the previous annual rate. The dividend will be paid on March 10, 2025, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on Feb. 28, 2025.
“UL Solutions is pleased to increase our quarterly dividend and provide this additional return to shareholders,” said Jennifer Scanlon, president and CEO.
