OTTAWA, Ontario: Kinaxis® (TSX:KXS), a global leader in end-to-end supply chain orchestration, is proud to announce that it has been recognized as Carleton University’s 2024 Co-op Employer of the Year. Presented annually, the Co-op Employer of the Year award recognizes organizations that provide outstanding mentorship, skill development opportunities, and a supportive work environment for Carleton co-op students.

The nomination, submitted by Master of Computer Science (Data Science) student and Kinaxis co-op Machine Learning Developer, Oz Kilic, praised Kinaxis for its innovative culture, supportive environment, and commitment to mentorship recognizing Sébastien Ouellet, for his guidance.

“During my co-op at Kinaxis, I had the freedom to explore ‘crazy ideas’ while developing real-world solutions.
