TORONTO: Phaseshift Technologies (“Phaseshift”), an advanced materials company specializing in the development and commercialization of next-generation alloys and composites through its proprietary AI-powered computational platform, Rapid Alloy Design (RAD)™, announced the appointment of Mark Comerford to its Board of Directors.
“We welcome Mark to the Board,” commented Fazal Mahmood, CEO & Co-Founder of Phaseshift. “Mark’s operational and commercial experience in specialty alloys manufacturing and applications will increase the Company’s velocity of efficiently moving our key products to market.”
Mr. Comerford brings over 40 years of experience in specialty alloys having retired as Director, President & CEO of Haynes International (nickel and cobalt alloys). Prior to Haynes, he was President of both the Alloy and International Divisions of Materion (advanced beryllium alloys), and he currently serves on the Boards of Global Advanced Metals (tantalum and niobium) with operations in Australia, Japan, and the US as well as Metal Powder Group (specialty joining and surface treatment materials) with operations in Sweden and the US.
