Crawford has experience designing enterprise software for B2B and ecommerce applications. She saw a market opportunity within the shortcomings of established job search platforms, where talented people are often overlooked and hiring managers make decisions based on guesswork. She applied her experience with fintech and investing platforms and combined it with insights from more than 500 job seekers she interviewed along with dozens of discussions with recruiters and employers.
