Solution in Use with Xitus Insurance Since July 2024

AUSTIN, Texas: INTX Insurance Software (“INTX” or “the Company”), a provider of a fully integrated, single solution to the entire P&C insurance policy lifecycle, today announced its official North American launch following 20 years of proven success with insurance clients in the UK, Europe, the Caribbean, Bermuda and Africa.

INTX’s highly scalable, configurable, and flexible end-to-end P&C policy administration solution is immediately available to a wide range of companies across the entire insurance spectrum, from carriers, to reinsurers, and MGAs. The solution delivers industry-first benefits including zero implementation cost, rapid speed to market and exceptionally rich data insights.

Developed over 23 years by tenured insurance professionals and successfully deployed across more than 50 clients globally, INTX software allows users to seamlessly integrate and manage their policies. INTX harnesses the power of AI, predictive modeling, and data analytics to deliver detailed, informed, and accurate intelligence of an insurer’s entire enterprise.

“The limitations of most P&C policy management software are a continual source of frustration for customers because they were built as point solutions, not with the entire ecosystem in mind. Assembling ‘best of breed’ solutions is no better, requiring complex and costly integration, and greater resources to maintain, with limited cross silo integration,” said Robert Lewis, Chief Executive Officer of INTX and a 25-year industry innovator. “INTX was created by insurance professionals who saw the need for a single platform, end-to-end solution that addresses the needs of all market participants across the entire insurance policy lifecycle. We are excited to now bring our solution—built on Microsoft technology and proven with insurers around the globe—to North America.”

INTX further announced that Xitus Insurance, a legacy specialist providing discontinued insurance solutions through acquisition and loss portfolio transfers, is INTX’s first North American customer and has been successfully operating on the INTX platform since July of 2024.

“We have been incredibly impressed with the ease of use and robust capabilities provided by the INTX solution,” said Ben Dovey, Chief Operating Officer of Xitus. “We were up and running in just three months with a solution completely customized to our multi-national, multi-currency needs. INTX has transformed the way we manage our business through seamless data delivery, providing us with real-time insights into what we are doing today and what is possible tomorrow.”

The INTX Difference
INTX offers customers several distinct advantages over the competition including:

  • Zero Implementation Costs: Unlike its competitors, INTX charges ZERO implementation fees, allowing partners to achieve success without the burden of a significant cash outlay.
  • Industry Leading Speed to Market: Significantly quicker implementation times than the competition.
  • Unprecedented Data Insights: INTX’s single source of truth reduces risk and enables accurate data insight with customizable dashboards and real-time reporting for efficient compliance, informed decision-making, use in predictive AI modeling, and proactive management and planning.

INTX additionally offers insurers a myriad of innovative capabilities including a unique broker portal; seamless quote, rate, and bind capabilities; automatic re-insurance and reserving functionalities; comprehensive claims management; and automatic invoicing and billing.

A Partner Not a Provider
INTX is a web-based solution that offers the option of hosting the application and data on cloud or on-prem. While the INTX solution is easily configurable, the Company’s in-house development team, who are highly skilled in the insurance sector, work with each client on implementation to ensure it meets their individual challenges and needs at no additional cost. Most significantly, INTX charges no fees before the system is fully functional and operational.

About INTX
INTX is an end-to-end policy administration system provider based in Austin, Texas, born from a leading policy administration provider across Europe and Africa. INTX provides property and casualty insurance transactional systems of record that support the entire insurance lifecycle. INTX’s efficient management of data ensures carriers get the maximum return from data penetration analytics to gain intricate, informed, and accurate perception of their P&C enterprise. INTX is a highly configurable system, supporting multiple currencies, languages, regulatory and reserving environments. For more information on INTX, please visit www.intxis.com.
