NEW YORK & ARMONK, N.Y.: JDC Power Systems (“JDC” or the “Company”), a leading electrical systems integrator exclusively serving the data center market, announced today that it has appointed John Raio as CEO, effective immediately.
Raio brings more than 25 years of distinguished leadership experience in the data center and critical infrastructure sectors. He joins JDC from Quality Uptime Services, one of America’s leading independent critical power service organizations, where he served as CEO and a founding member. Under his leadership, the company evolved from a regional service provider into a dominant, independent force in the data center operations market. As CEO of JDC, Raio will be responsible for advancing JDC’s strong market position, expanding its service platform into adjacent markets and growing its capabilities, and deepening its role as a trusted partner for its customers.

John Raio is a distinguished and seasoned leader in the mission critical services industry. Prior to joining JDC Power System, Raio served as a founding member and CEO of Quality Uptime Services, a leading independent critical power service organization. Under Raio’s leadership, Quality Uptime Services grew into a nationwide network of field service engineers, renowned for its all-vendor UPS maintenance expertise, proprietary in-house training programs, and strong commitment to uptime. Quality Uptime Services’ national client base included firms across industries including finance, media, healthcare, education, and data center operators. He previously served in leadership roles for Quality Uptime Services’ predecessor firm.
Raio holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Hofstra University.
