In-depth workshops explore deployment strategies, brand impact, AI integration, operations, and more

WASHINGTON: The Fiber Broadband Association (FBA) today announced the full line-up of Pre-Conference Workshops at Fiber Connect 2025, taking place June 1-4, in Nashville, Tenn. These June 1 half-day immersive workshops will offer in-depth insights into the most pressing challenges and opportunities facing the fiber broadband industry from scaling operations to tapping into gamer-driven design insights.

“The Fiber Connect conference is more than an event; it is a catalyst for innovation and collaboration in our industry. These Pre-Conference Workshops set the stage for the main conference programs,” said Evann Freeman, Fiber Broadband Association Board Member and Conference Committee Chair, and Vice President of Government & Community Relations at EPB of Chattanooga. “Our workshops equip professionals with the knowledge and tools needed to drive fiber broadband deployment and adoption across communities.”

The Fiber Connect 2025 Pre-Conference Workshops include:

  • Brand Economics: How Brand Impacts Fiber Financials: This session explores how strong branding affects financial outcomes, market positioning, and customer engagement.
  • Fiber and AI – Moving to the Next Level for Networks and Subscribers: Attendees will gain practical guidance on embedding AI into fiber networks to improve operational efficiency and subscriber satisfaction.
  • Take Care | Take Rate | Take a Vacation: Hosted by Adtran, Corning, EPB, and Vantage Point Solutions, this interactive workshop focuses on strategies to boost customer take rates, reduce churn, and foster sustainable business growth.
