Combining best-in-class GPS tracking with a comprehensive suite of AI-powered health and behavior detection, Series 3+ sets a new standard for connected dog care, paving the way for the future.
NEW YORK: Fi, the leader in smart pet technology, today announced the launch of its newest product: Fi Series 3+, the world’s first AI-powered collar engineered to transform how dog parents understand and care for their dogs. Series 3+ delivers real-time behavioral and health insights — from activity and sleep to new AI detection for scratching, licking, barking, eating, and drinking — unlocking a new era of intelligent, proactive dog care.
With twice the GPS sensitivity for faster, more accurate tracking, and a new Apple Watch integration, Fi’s Series 3+ is the most advanced device on the market. The Series 3+ provides a window into everything dog parents want to know about their dogs: what their dogs are doing even when they are not watching.
The AI powering Fi Series 3+ is the result of more than two years of technological innovation and field testing, and a pet tech advancement more than a decade in the making. Built on behavioral data from Fi training centers, Fi studied hundreds of dog breeds in real life environments to train its AI on the largest collection of dog data in the world. As a result, the Series 3+ captures subtle, meaningful changes in a dog’s behavior with 80% accuracy, and translates these into data and trends dog parents can track from Fi’s mobile app.
“Our technology is pushing the limits of what your dog’s collar can do,” said Jonathan Bensamoun, Founder and CEO of Fi. “Series 3+ is the first dog wearable that can accurately pick up behaviors like barking, licking, scratching, eating, and drinking – everyday changes that tend to go unnoticed but can signal important health markers. With Series 3+ we are also releasing our best GPS yet, which can make the difference between life and death if your dog escapes.”
“One of the biggest challenges we face as veterinarians is when dog parents bring their dogs in only after a small issue has turned into something serious,” said Dr. Jeff Werber, D.V.M. “Fi Series 3+ gives owners the ability to spot subtle changes in their dog’s behavior — whether it’s a drop in activity, changes in drinking, or increased scratching. That means dog parents can catch potential health issues before they become visible, critical, or irreversible. It’s a game changer for proactive care.”
What’s New with Fi Series 3+: Smarter Behavior Detection, Powered by AI
Fi Series 3+ uses proprietary AI trained on real-world data from thousands of dogs to provide dog parents with insights into patterns that may be symptoms of health or wellness issues.
Superior Design & Comfort
Series 3+, which is so slim it’s suitable for 24/7 wear, is available in four colorways (yellow, blue, gray, and pink), and is compatible with hundreds of Fi Makers designs for added personality. Like previous models, it’s built to last, with a durable, waterproof design and a battery life that can hold a charge for up to three months.
Pricing & Availability
Fi Series 3+ is available starting June 2nd at tryfi.com and rolling out to third-party retailers like Amazon, Costco, and Chewy over the coming weeks. The Fi membership is priced as low as $14/month and includes a Series 3+ kit, a value that will continue to increase as new AI-powered features and updates roll out over time.
