IRVINE, Calif.: Today business transformation consultant Trace3 announced its acquisition of IVOXY, a data center-focused technology solutions provider based in Seattle, Wash.
The acquisition will bolster Trace3’s presence in the Pacific Northwest market, and IVOXY’s client roster will complement several existing enterprise clients already served by Trace3’s Northwest team out of the Silicon Valley area.
“The regional synergies related to Trace3’s integration of IVOXY promise to be significant,” said Rich Fennessy, Trace3 CEO. “Integrating IVOXY’s team will drive business transformation for our joint clients as well as our collective partners.”
Trace3’s investment into IVOXY allows the combined company to deliver expanded capabilities and accelerate growth for value realization, especially in technology hubs of Seattle, Spokane, Portland, and Corvallis. IVOXY brings an established market presence along with unique capabilities specific to the data center, including software defined networking, infrastructure engineering, hybrid cloud, application modernization, platform system integration, end-user compute, and cybersecurity. IVOXY also adds several advanced certifications across the partner ecosystem.

“Our acquisition by Trace3 enables our combined companies to leverage collective engineering, sales, and functional capabilities to create new opportunities for team members, improve technology strategy for our clients, and deliver greater value to our partners,” said Eric Watson, CEO of IVOXY. “We are thrilled to be part of the Trace3 team.”
