Gossett brings more than two decades of healthcare leadership and a proven track record of developing and scaling innovative technology platforms that enhance efficiency and fuel performance. He previously served as founder and CEO of HealthAware, a digital health company acquired by Unlock Health in 2023. Following the acquisition, he was vice president of customer success at Unlock Health, collaborating with hundreds of healthcare systems and blood banks to optimize patient acquisition and donor engagement strategies.
