Tim Henry joins as Chief Operating Officer and Brian Sheekey as Chief Financial Officer, bringing decades of operational and financial experience to support Arden’s continued growth and innovation.
GLENDALE, Calif.: Arden Insurance Services LLC (“Arden” or the “Company”), a high-growth, tech-enabled managing general agency (MGA), today announced the addition of Tim Henry as chief operating officer and Brian Sheekey as chief financial officer.
Tim brings to Arden deep expertise in product management, operational performance improvement, and strategy execution. Most recently, he served as senior vice president and head of property product at Farmers Insurance, where he led product development, pricing, underwriting, and exposure management. Earlier in his career, Tim was senior vice president of product management at Teradata, a global data and analytics software company, and was a principal at Bain & Company, advising Fortune 500 companies on strategic growth and performance improvement. Tim holds a Bachelor of Arts from Brown University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
With more than 30 years of finance leadership experience, Brian joins Arden from GeoVera Insurance Group where he served as their CFO for 19 years. While at GeoVera, Brian oversaw finance, capital management, and rating agency relations, and played a central role in structuring the company’s catastrophe reinsurance program. Prior to GeoVera, he served as CFO at Tower Hill Group. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science degree from St. John’s University in New York.
