Surging global customer wins and >300% revenue growth fuel major investment in engineering capacity

FREMONT, Calif.: RtBrick, the next-generation routing software reshaping telecom networks globally, today announced plans to expand its engineering workforce in India by more than 50%, following another year of strong financial performance. The company posted its fourth cashflow-positive year out of the last five years, along with over 300% year-on-year revenue growth, as operators race to modernize legacy networks.

This strong momentum comes on the heels of a record year in which RtBrick added 10 new telecoms customers, reinforcing its leadership in disaggregated networking.

“As disaggregated networking becomes the preferred architecture for building modern telco infrastructure, demand for our software continues to accelerate,” said Pravin S Bhandarkar, CEO and Founder of RtBrick. “To keep pace with this growth, we’re significantly scaling our engineering capabilities, and India remains a critical hub for sourcing the kind of world-class, innovative software talent we need.”

The expanded engineering team will accelerate product development across RtBrick’s customer portfolio, while also supporting new deployments in Europe, North America, and the APAC region.

This announcement follows the recent launch of a new customer support center in Chennai, which strengthens RtBrick’s global support infrastructure. The Chennai facility is staffed by engineers specializing in disaggregated routing and provides real-time technical support to the company’s rapidly expanding global customer base. It joins the company’s established technology hubs across India and Europe, forming a comprehensive international backbone that supports telecom operators at scale.

“We’re at a pivotal stage in our mission to redefine how telco networks operate,” said Hannes Gredler, CTO & co-founder of RtBrick. “The engineers joining us aren’t here to just build code, they’re breaking norms and playing a key part in shaping the industry. What unites them is a hunger to challenge legacy thinking and contribute to the evolution of modern network infrastructure.”

RtBrick’s multiservice edge routing software is transforming the networks of operators around the world, from Deutsche Telekom, Europe’s largest telco, to regional ISPs such as WOBCOM.
