Recognition highlights leadership in community engagement, inclusion, and sustainability

The award recognizes B2B technology companies that go above and beyond in supporting employees and communities, with a focus on sustainability, volunteerism, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), community impact, employee well-being and development, support for women in technology, and education.

The company also fosters an inclusive workplace through seven employee resource groups (ERGs), comprehensive learning and development opportunities, and a well-being program that supports both professional growth and personal health. Additional environmental initiatives include eliminating single-use plastics and introducing compostable kitchenware across all PitchBook offices, along with smart energy systems that have cut electricity use by more than 50%. The company has also pledged to achieve zero landfill waste by 2026 through responsible recycling and donations of retired equipment and furniture.
