PALO ALTO, Calif.: #GenAI--Hippocratic AI, the global leader of safety focused generative AI healthcare agents, today announced that it has successfully completed its System and Organization Controls (SOC) for Service Organizations (SOC 2® Type II) examination, reinforcing its commitment to the highest standards of data security, availability, and confidentiality in the delivery of healthcare AI solutions.

The SOC 2® Type II report was issued by an independent, AICPA-accredited third-party auditing firm and provides comprehensive assurance over the effectiveness of Hippocratic AI’s internal controls over a multi-month observation period. It demonstrates that Hippocratic AI’s infrastructure, software, and processes meet stringent criteria for safeguarding customer data, particularly in the highly regulated healthcare sector.

“Securing the SOC 2® Type II report is another key milestone in our delivery of secure, scalable, and safe generative AI agents for healthcare,” said Matt Honea Hippocratic AI Chief Security and Information Officer. “Our customers, partners, and patients deserve solutions built on a foundation of rigorous compliance, and we’re proud to meet that standard.”

This milestone builds on Hippocratic AI’s previous certification with the HITRUST CSF e1 Validated Assessment, further validating the company’s comprehensive approach to risk management, compliance, and patient data protection.

With its patented Polaris Constellation System and a deep commitment to the principle of “Do No Harm,” Hippocratic AI continues to advance the development of generative AI healthcare agents that perform patient-facing, non-diagnostic clinical tasks safely, accurately, and at scale to achieve its mission of healthcare abundance. Achieving the SOC 2® Type II attestation further solidifies the company’s position as a trusted partner to health systems, payors, life sciences, and other healthcare organizations seeking to leverage conversational AI to improve patient outcomes.
