PITTSBURGH: Confluence Technologies, a global leader in regulatory, analytics, and investor communications solutions, has been recognized by Chartis Research as a Category Leader in its Regulatory Reporting Solutions 2025 report.

Chartis recognized Confluence for the breadth and scalability of its Alternative Funds Reporting Platform featuring Omnia, which enables asset managers and fund administrators to meet global regulatory requirements efficiently across private and public funds. The report cites Omnia’s flexibility across the full reporting lifecycle – from complex data integration to dynamic filing views and workflow management – as a key differentiator.

“Confluence’s Category Leader placing in Chartis’ 2025 Regulatory Reporting quadrant is for its Alternative Funds Reporting Platform featuring Omnia, a consistent and scalable solution that enables firms to address their global buy-side regulatory reporting requirements for private and public funds,” said Anish Shah, Research Director at Chartis. “Confluence’s solution offers flexibility across the entire reporting lifecycle, from automating complex data integration to enabling dynamic filing views and workflow management, while its managed services model strengthens and complements Confluence’s overall business strategy.”
